display issues such as irregular stitching, fabric tears or rips, discoloration, or any form of
damage that is not attributable to customer misuse or mishandling.
Defective Items (Accessories) : For accessories, "Defective Items" entail products that
exhibit functional impairments, structural flaws, or material defects that render the item
unsuitable for its intended use. This could involve problems such as broken components,
non-functional features, or any damage incurred during the manufacturing or shipping
process that affects the overall integrity and usability of the accessory.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all customers who wish to initiate a return for products purchased from
SOWDIX INDIA LLP.
PRODUCT RETURN TIMELINE
● Products can be returned within 3 business days from the date of receipt. Please
ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition, with all accompanying
tags and packaging intact.
NON-MATCHING DESCRIPTION OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
● If, upon receiving your order, you find that the product does not align with the
provided description or is discovered to be defective, we urge you to contact our
customer support team within 72 hours of receipt. Our team will work diligently to
